Film and theater composer Richard Martinez's credits are: The Last Conquistador (ITVS/PBS), BLAST! (Paul Devlin Productions), Take the Bridge (Tribeca Film Festival 2007), Howard Zinn: You Can’t Be Neutral on a Moving Train (2005 Oscar shortlist), The Daytrippers (by Greg Mottola), Bossa Nova, Viva la Vida! starring Mercedes Ruehl, Harvest of Redemption, etc. Martinez continues to produce for acclaimed composer Elliot Goldenthal and director Julie Taymor for whom he worked on Across the Universe, Frida, Titus, The Green Bird and Juan Darien. He is currently composing music for Dog in the Manger (The Shakespeare Theatre Company, Washington, DC).
